1. How can I sign up for a yoga class? You can easily apply online via our online booking system. Reserve your spot for the class you want to take.
2. What should I wear during a yoga class? We recommend that you wear comfortable, tight-fitting sportswear. This ensures greater freedom of movement and comfort during class.
3. Can I register for private lessons? Yes, private yoga lessons are available.
4. What if I cannot attend a reserved class? If you cannot come, please let us know in time so we can free up your spot for someone else.
5. Do I need to bring a yoga mat? We have mats for hire or you can buy one. Other yoga accessories are free to use.
6. How should I prepare for a lesson? We advise you not to eat at least an hour before class and always be present 10 minutes before the start. This ensures a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
