(Bongo, Smartbox, Wonderbox, Vivabox and Ayuryoga gift vouchers)

For everything to be done correctly and transparently, we ask you to bear in mind the conditions below when booking with a voucher:

• The value of the voucher becomes as discounted on the total amount, for the amount shown on the voucher.

• The voucher is valid only for the service which is specifically mentioned (wellness, massage, restaurant or overnight stay).

• Do you require a service other than that mentioned on the voucher? Then the voucher not be used or do you need this self-exchange at the publisher.

• Vouchers are not cumulative: you cannot combine multiple vouchers (including Ayuryoga gift vouchers or other discounts such as early booking discount, multi-day discount, duo or last-minute offers).

• There can only be one voucher per customer, per visit and/or per reserved service be used.

• Vouchers for overnight stays are only valid for reservations within 2 months upon request. Subsequent bookings are not possible with a voucher.

• All voucher codes must be transmitted fully and correctly before the reservation can be confirmed. After verification, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with approval and a payment link for any supplements.

• Expired vouchers can not be more accepted.

• A voucher counts as advance. At late cancellation we reserve the right to withhold the voucher.

• We always do our best to respect the content of the voucher as much as possible, as far as organisationally feasible.
