Ayuryoga bvba takes your privacy and your rights in data processing seriously.

This privacy statement aims to inform you about how Ayuryoga collects, processes and uses your personal data, both generally and when you visit this website, or when you visit Ayuryoga. Data processing is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other applicable privacy and data protection laws.

You can read this privacy statement in different ways. If you want a comprehensive explanation of how Ayuryoga processes personal data, please read this statement from Chapter 1 onwards. If you wish to better understand how Ayuryoga organises a particular processing of personal data, go immediately to Chapter 10. There you will find precise information per category of processing activities.

We can summarise this privacy statement in the following 6 points

  • Ayuryoga mainly processes your identification and/or contact data to prepare and/or deliver your orders or reservations (if you order online), under our loyalty programme to provide you with loyalty advances (when your ID card was read), and for legitimate purposes. (such as the compilation of statistics and to combat fraud)

  • If your ID card has been read, and your consent given, your purchases will be analysed to offer you the most relevant promotions (e.g. via the loyalty bonus). Of course, you can always come to Ayuryoga anonymously (without an Id card). It is not compulsory to read an ID card. However, certain offers and benefits are only available via reading the Id card.

  • Under no circumstances will your identification and contact details be shared with third parties for commercial purposes if you have not given your explicit consent.

  • To send you electronic newsletters, we always ask for your consent and you can unsubscribe.

  • In principle, your personal data is kept within the EU. If we cooperate with service providers based outside the EU, we have put in place the necessary safeguards to ensure that they secure your data appropriately and you can always exercise your rights.

  • You can exercise your rights by contacting Ayuryoga at info@ayuryoga.be, then we can review, correct or unsubscribe/subscribe you data.

1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is Ayuryoga bvba, Kortrijkstraat 58, 9790 Wortegem-Petegem (hereinafter "Ayuryoga" or "we").

If you have any questions regarding your rights, please contact Customer Services at info@ayuryoga.be. All information on exercising your rights can be found in chapter 7.

2. The processing of personal data

By "personal data" we understand any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). We understand "processing" to mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

3. What personal data are collected for processing and how do we process them?

At Ayuryoga, we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in an adequate, relevant manner and that such processing is limited to what is necessary for the purposes of the processing. Personal data that Ayuryoga typically collects about you are:

  • Identification data such as name, first name, date of birth, place of birth, sex,national register number, age...

  • Contact details such as address, e-mail address, phone number, etc...

  • Client anamnesis. We do not collect and process special categories of personal data unless we have obtained your explicit consent or are required to do so by a legal provision. For example, we may process data on allergies if you share it with us, e.g. if you ask a question about allergens to our therapists. We only keep this data for the follow-up of your file, to be able to answer your question and as proof of the answer we have given you.

  • Customer details such as Ayuryoga customer number, loyalty claim, account number, etc...

  • Transaction details of purchases at Ayuryoga or through the webshop. if applicable, payment details when paying online on our webshop.

  • Information about purchase behaviour at Ayuryoga and on the website, customer profile, customer segment (such as yoga enthusiasts, family with children, etc - this segment is derived from your purchases, etc....

  • Information about your online behaviour such as click behaviour on our website, pages you visit.

  • Images
  • Data relating to complaints, questions and comments.

4. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Ayuryoga collects and uses personal data only for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will therefore not further use data in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

Section 10 of this privacy statement provides you with more specific information on how we use your data and the legal grounds on which we process your personal data. These legal grounds are:

  • Legitimate interest. In certain situations, the processing of personal data is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of Ayuryoga. In those cases, we will weigh up and consider whether your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms as a customer are outweighed.

  • Necessary for the performance of a contract. Your personal data will be processed for the performance of a contract you have concluded with Ayuryoga or for the exercise of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

  • Permission. Ayuryoga will ask permission to use your personal data for certain purposes (such as for sending electronic newsletters).

If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can always indicate that your interest is overriding. If we use your data for marketing purposes, you can always request to stop this processing, including profiling for marketing purposes. In this case, you may no longer be able to obtain our promotions or use the loyalty premium. More information on your rights can be found in chapter 7.

5. With whom will your personal data be shared?

Within Ayuryoga: If necessary for the purposes for which your personal data are collected, we may disclose your personal data to other entities within Ayuryoga, which consists of Ayuryoga bvba, its subsidiaries and affiliated franchisees of which a list can be obtained upon request. These entities will use the data only for the same purposes as stated in the privacy statement. Ayuryoga has taken appropriate security measures to ensure that personal data exchanged within Ayuryoga, its subsidiaries and affiliated franchisees is properly protected in line with applicable regulations. Further information on these security measures can be found in Chapter 9.

Outside Ayuryoga: Your personal data may be shared with third parties who provide specific services to us or who wish to send you information about their products and services, for example in the context of:

Deliveries and e-commerce services

  • Postal or transport services to deliver products you have ordered.

  • Supply chain service providers preparing the ordered goods.

Marketing

  • Marketing and promotional agencies that help us create effective advertising campaigns and promotions, or follow up on the management of our social media pages.

  • Data analysts who support us in analysing your buying behaviour and preferences as an Ayuryoga customer.

  • Third parties in relation to whom you have given us explicit consent to share your data with them.

Third parties who wish to send you information about their products and services can usually only do so via newsletters you receive from Ayuryoga if you are subscribed to them. Your identifying information will NOT be shared with these parties. (unless you give us your explicit consent to do so). This prevents your data from being reused for a non-acceptable purpose by these parties.

Customer service

    • Agencies that help us answer your questions (e.g. via social media).

Partners

    • Ayuryoga sometimes cooperates with external partners who may give you extra loyalty premium as part of a promotion or cooperation. However, these partners do not have access to your data. They can only give you extra benefits when using your account.

Website

  • Web analytics tools, such as Google or Omniture. More information on this can be found in the section on cookies.

Other third parties providing services on our behalf and according to our instructions, such as, for example

  • Database managers (service providers who monitor database management and ensure your data can be updated).

  • IT suppliers of systems and applications running in our shops.

  • Third-party consultants.

  • Print service providers.

We ensure that third parties have access to your personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks and that they have undertaken to process the data in a secure and confidential manner and to process it only in accordance with our instructions.

Mandatory transfers

In certain cases, we are required to provide personal data about you.

This is the case when a law, regulation or legal procedure (such as a court order) requires us to do so or when government agencies or police forces request us to do so in connection with law enforcement actions. We may also believe that, in order to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation into alleged or actual fraud or illegal activity, it is necessary or desirable to disclose data about you.

Other cases

If all or part of our business or assets are sold or transferred, we reserve the right to transfer all data about you. In that case, we will make appropriate efforts to ensure that the transferee uses your data in a manner consistent with this privacy statement. In the event of such a transfer, you should contact the transferee for any questions regarding your processing of the data.

6. Transfer of data abroad

We may transfer your data to servers in a country other than where you live or to third parties who may process (or arrange for the processing of) your data abroad on our behalf and according to our instructions. By providing your personal data to us, in particular by using one of our websites, you agree to us transferring the data abroad, which is usually in the framework of performing the agreement we have with you. We always do so in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement and applicable data protection regulations.

If your personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and if the level of data protection in that country is not equivalent to the level of protection in the EEA, we provide appropriate measures to protect your personal data (usually in the form of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). In this way, we ensure that your personal data transmitted to third parties outside the EEA are processed with the same care as in Belgium.

7. Your rights

At Ayuryoga, we are committed to transparency, not only regarding how we process your personal data, but also regarding the rights you can exercise regarding the processing of your personal data. Therefore, we would like to remind you of the existence of your rights in the sections below.

Ayuryoga undertakes to respond to your request regarding any of the rights set out below without delay and in any event within one month of receiving your request. Your request is deemed to have been received at the time when your request is complete, this includes when we have obtained from you proof of identity in accordance with the procedure described below, or when we have otherwise obtained assurance of your identity. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this deadline may be extended by two months if necessary. In that case, we will in any case notify you of such extension as soon as possible after receiving the request.

7.1. Right to access your data

First, you have the right to access the personal data we process about you.

Under the law, you also have the right to obtain information on the purposes of processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the categories of recipients of personal data; if possible, the period for which the personal data are expected to be stored, (or if that is not possible, the criteria for determining that period); the right to rectification or erasure of data, the right to restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing of your personal data the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (being the Belgian Data Protection Authority); the source of the data if it was not collected from you; the existence of automated decision-making including profiling; and the safeguards taken to protect personal data in case it is transferred to a third country or an international organisation.

You can also do this by passing on a copy of the front of your identity card. As emails are not always secure, we recommend that you cover the number of the document and your passport photo and mention that this copy was made to be forwarded to Ayuryoga.

After use, Ayuryoga will destroy these copies.

7.2. Right to rectification, restriction and erasure of your data

You have the right to correct your personal data (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect.

You can exercise this right by:

  • contact Customer Services at info@ayuryoga.be. Ayuryoga can then verify your identity if there is no certainty about it. Below is a procedure that can be used to prove identity.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, i.e. to stop the processing of your personal data, without having them deleted from our databases. This right can only be used in the cases provided for by law, for example during the period when we check the accuracy of disputed data, or while waiting for a response to your objection.

You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in the following cases:

  • If the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed.

  • If you withdraw the consent on which the processing of personal data is based and there are no other legal grounds for the processing.

  • If you object to the processing of your personal data and there are no overriding compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.

  • If your personal data are processed unlawfully.

  • If your personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.

You can exercise this right by contacting customer services at info@ayuryoga.be.

Customer Service may ask you to verify your identity if they are unsure. We want to prevent your details from being altered by third parties. Below is a procedure to prove your identity.

We also refer you to our Ayuryoga terms and conditions, which require you to have your data updated at all times if it has changed.

7.3. Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain the data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable form and to further transfer it if:

  • The processing of personal data is based on consent, and

  • Processing through automated processes.

You can exercise this right by contacting Customer Services at info@ayuryoga.be.

When you contact our Customer Service Department, they will check your identity in accordance with the procedure already explained in previous sections.

7.4. Right to withdraw consent to use data for direct marketing (incl profiling)

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy regulations, we require your specific, prior consent to send you direct marketing via electronic communication (such as e-mail, SMS, etc.). However, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time thereafter, free of charge and upon first request.

You can exercise this right:

  • By unsubscribing from marketing communications (a link is provided at the bottom of each communication for this purpose).

  • By contacting us at info@ayuryoga.be. Our Customer Service Department may ask you to verify your identity if they are unsure. Below is a procedure to prove your identity.

To unsubscribe from paper, addressed, marketing communications, please contact us at info@ayuryoga.be

To specifically oppose profiling for commercial purposes, you can do so at info@ayuryoga.be. If you request this, Ayuryoga will no longer analyse your purchase behaviour and transactional data. Ayuryoga will also no longer perform predictive analysis of products that may potentially interest you. However, if you wish, you can still obtain general commercial communications (be sure to stay subscribed to our newsletters). These communications may still be personalised (you will be addressed with your name, you will receive the communication in your language, you will receive the communication for your region), but their content will in no case be based on your purchase behaviour, and may therefore be less relevant to you. If it is impossible to send you a communication without profiling, we will simply stop sending you the communication.

As for commercial communications offered to you in paper form (Plus vouchers in shops, coupon books sent to you), you may still receive a profiled copy for several weeks (6-9 weeks), even after you have resisted profiling. This is because these communications are printed/prepared long in advance.

You may also receive satisfaction surveys. These do not involve direct marketing, they are not made based on an analysis of your purchase behaviour or profile. If you no longer wish to receive these, you can unsubscribe at any time.

7.5. Right to oppose the use of data for other purposes (incl profiling)

You have the right at any time, due to reasons related to your specific situation, to object to the use, including profiling, of your personal data, if it is used and processed by us in pursuit of our legitimate interests (an overview of these legitimate interests can be found per activity in chapter 10).

Once you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing your personal data unless we can provide compelling legitimate grounds to still process the data, which outweigh your interests as a customer; or if we may need your data in the future for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of legal claims.

7.6. Right to complain to a supervisory authority

You always have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. This is likely to be the Belgian Data Protection Authority, whose contact details can be found at www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

8. Retention of personal data

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

The retention period depends on the purpose for which personal data is collected. We therefore use the purpose as one of the criteria for determining how long we keep your personal data. Other criteria may include, for example, our legal obligation to keep your data for a legally defined period or the length of time for which we enter into a customer relationship with you or provide services to you.

In chapter 10, you will find more explanations on retention periods for each processing.

We undertake to securely delete, destroy or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected at the end of the retention period.

9. Security of your personal data

We ensure that your personal data is protected by appropriate, technical and organisational security measures against accidental, unlawful or unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

Specifically, your personal data is protected, inter alia, by the following technical security measures:

  • Technical access controls
  • Encryption
  • Anti-virus scans
  • Data logging and access
  • Backups

Specifically, your personal data is protected, among other things, by the following organisational security measures:

  • Physical access controls, e.g. via badges, security guards.

  • Policies and procedures, described in our security policy, Incident Response Plan.

  • Appointment of a data protection office (Information Security Office).

  • Confidentiality clauses or contracts with our employees, consultants, service providers.

  • Specialised teams, e.g. for Incident Response Management.

10. More precise explanation of processing operations

Ayuryoga processes personal data for various purposes. For example, if you have a yoga subscription, participate in competitions, shop online, complete satisfaction surveys or use our app, your personal data is processed. What data we keep, on what legal basis, what we use it for and for how long, is explained to you in the following sections. We also inform you about possible transfers outside the European Union.

10.1. Marketing & Loyalty programme

Data we process

Ayuryoga collects personally identifiable information about you while you are a customer of Ayuryoga. In addition, Ayuryoga collects information about your purchasing behaviour every time you return as a customer.

Personal data that Ayuryoga typically collects about you in the context of being a client:

  • Identification data such as name, first name, date of birth, gender, etc...

  • Contact details such as place of residence (address, postal code), e-mail address, phone number, etc...

  • Customer data such as customer number, loyalty points.

  • Socio-demographic data, profiles and segments: additional data that you have shared with us or that we obtain from the use of your purchases, such as the fact that you have children, conditions during osteopathy treatments.

  • Information on subscriptions/subscriptions, such as for the Ayuryoga Newsletter.

  • Transaction details of purchases made at Ayuryoga or through the webshop.

  • Data we get from third parties if they are allowed to share that data with us (e.g. the fact that you have moved, if you have reported this to the postal services and they are allowed to share it with us). Our database manager ensures the quality of the data we have. This service provider can update or correct the data based on information it legally has.

What do we use this data for and on what legal basis?

Ayuryoga uses the information collected through the Id card to keep track of your loyalty premium and yoga turns, to manage our customer base and to propose interesting offers to you based on an analysis of your purchase behaviour and customer profile. In the future, with your consent, Ayuryoga will offer you even more personalised and relevant services.

Below is a comprehensive overview of the purposes and legal grounds on the basis of which we use the data we collect about you:

Necessary for the performance of a contract: We use your data to provide services requested by you, i.e. to offer loyalty points based on your purchasing behaviour in the context of our loyalty programme.

Legitimate interest. In certain situations, the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Delhaize and to offer better service to Delhaize customers. In those cases, we will weigh up and check whether your interests and/or your fundamental rights and freedoms as a customer are not outweighed. Your personal data will be processed by us on this legal basis for the following purposes:

  • To manage the customer base in the Ayuryoga Loyalty Programme, namely to segment the customer base and classify customers into different categories.

  • To keep data quality high and the customer database up-to-date with accurate information.

  • To check your satisfaction as a customer, make analyses and improve the quality of our products and services.

  • To perform statistical analyses on our customers' purchases. These analyses can be used, for example, to adjust our product range, the organisation of our company and in our business.

  • To communicate with you and ensure good customer service.

  • To reduce the risk of theft and fraud.

  • To gather evidence in the event of an investigation into theft or fraud.

Consent. If you give your consent, Ayuryoga will use your data:

  • To send you direct marketing via the newsletters or other electronic channels (e.g. SMS).

  • To ensure that you receive the offers and promotions that are most relevant to you, based on an analysis of your purchase behaviour, your browsing behaviour on our website and your customer profile.

  • To improve product quality by recruiting you, the consumer, to test certain products.

  • To publish photos of you on our website or on social media.

  • To carry out other processing operations that are clearly explained to you at the time we seek your consent.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy regulations, Ayuryoga requires your specific, prior consent to send you direct marketing via electronic communication (e-mail, SMS, etc).

You can oppose Ayuryoga's use of your data for direct marketing at any time, free of charge. More information on how to do this can be found in chapter 7.

How long do we keep your data?

Your customer data is maintained by us according to these rules:

  • We keep account details (identification data) from the time you register and for 3 years after your last activity at Ayuryoga or online shops. If you have not made a purchase for 3 years, all your identification data will be removed from our databases. You can also always request that your data be deleted if you no longer wish to use your account. In that case, we will remove and delete your identification data from our databases.

  • We keep details of your purchases for a maximum of 7 years. If your identifying information is removed from our databases, this data will be anonymised.

  • Data on your subscriptions to our newsletters and other marketing communications are maintained to correctly track your subscriptions and unsubscriptions from our various communication channels.

We undertake to securely delete, destroy or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected at the end of the retention period.

We do keep a record of your requests concerning your personal data at all times. This allows us to demonstrate that we did respond to your request.

Where will your data be stored or processed?
Your data is mainly held within the EU.

10.2. EID Scan

Ayuryoga collects your data every time you scan your ID card when you visit Ayuryoga. This includes information such as Address & Name.

This data is collected and processed so that we can easily and efficiently process your account when you make a new purchase; keep the account up to date;use and based on our legitimate interest to prevent fraud and theft. Data collected when using the ID card will be kept for three years.

10.3. Participation in competitions

Ayuryoga collects your data if you participate in competitions. This includes your name, first name, address, e-mail address or other contact details, and if applicable, your account number. Ayuryoga uses this data to administer the competition and to contact you if you win something and, if applicable, to pay out your winnings. In addition, Ayuryoga has a legitimate interest to prevent fraud when entering the competition.

If the competition is organised through Facebook, you choose whether to share these details through the Ayuryoga Facebook page.

How long do we keep your data?

Your data will be kept only for the duration of the contest. If you have also given us permission to send you our newsletters when registering for the competition, this data will be kept as explained in the information on "Marketing & Loyalty Programme.

Where will your data be held or processed? Your data is mainly stored within the EU.

10.4. Satisfaction surveys

Ayuryoga collects your data when you voluntarily complete satisfaction surveys. We then ask for information such as name, address, e-mail address and language. Furthermore, we ask you questions to verify your satisfaction.

Surveys are created by Ayuryoga itself or by third parties specialising in them. These parties aggregate the information they obtain, after which Ayuryoga receives only anonymous data. The service providers keep your personal data for only 3 months. After that, they keep anonymised reports.

If you ask not to receive the surveys anymore (right to object), this will certainly be respected. Your email address will then be processed for the sole purpose of making sure you no longer receive emails related to satisfaction surveys.

Regulations related to surveys and the proportionality principle of privacy laws are always observed.

10.5. E-commerce

Ayuryoga collects and uses your data to deliver products ordered by you to your chosen address. This includes information such as name, e-mail address, home address and telephone number, which is necessary to deliver the products to the correct destination.

When your order is delivered to your home, information is kept about your payment, the place and time of delivery and any comments. This is necessary to follow up any possible complaint or question.

To this end, it is necessary to share your data with the suppliers we use to deliver the products to you.

Furthermore, we also need to keep records of the transaction and payment to comply with our accounting obligations.

How long do we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for 5 years for our accounting purposes and to answer possible complaints. Data that is not useful for this purpose will be kept for a shorter period (between 1 day and 3 months).

Where will your data be stored or processed?

10.6. Customer service

If you contact our customer service department, your data will be processed to answer your question/request.

We may process special categories of personal data such as personal data relating to health, e.g. if you ask a question about allergens to our customer service department - we process this data to answer your question and keep a record as proof of the answer we gave you and as a follow-up for future possible treatments. By asking your question, you give us permission to process these data.

Furthermore, statistics are also created based on the questions, complaints or comments submitted to the customer service department.

How long do we keep your data?
The questions and answers are recorded in our system and kept for 5 years. This allows us to document and follow up records of treatments and any complaints.

10.7. Cookies - Use on the website

Like many websites, we use cookies to process information. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer's hard disk. This standard technology allows us to record certain information about the user (choice of language, pages visited, duration of visits, etc.). We also process your personal data through cookies to create statistics and studies relevant to the Ayuryoga website and to improve its content and operation.

Marketing on the website. Certain cookies may be linked to your profile as a customer if you have provided us with your account number. 10.8. Social media

Ayuryoga uses social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, ...) to provide you with information. You can always contact Ayuryoga through this channel. Ayuryoga will use your information to respond to or process your question, complaint or comment about Ayuryoga.

The terms and conditions of social media service providers always apply. When using these services, you have accepted their terms and conditions. Further explanations on how these service providers use your data are available on their platform. Ayuryoga is not responsible for the processing of your data by these service providers.

Ayuryoga uses social media marketing services to provide commercial information to its customers or similar audiences. This is always done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the social media you have accepted.

Ayuryoga also monitors any information published about the company on social media. Your data may therefore be retained by Ayuryoga for this purpose.

Ayuryoga will not publish photos of you on social media if you are not aware of this and have not given your consent.

Finally, social media may also be used by Ayuryoga to contact you, or to view your data (if you have accepted to do so) as part of recruitment campaigns.

10.9. Mobile apps

Ayuryoga can also offer mobile apps.

To subscribe to our mobile apps, enter your identification and contact details. These are used by Ayuryoga to create your e-commerce profile.

In that case, we draw your attention to the fact that apps store information related to your registration and session. This information is encrypted and stored locally on the device on which you installed the app. This technique is similar to cookies, but specific per device. To delete the data, simply uninstall the app.

Otherwise, the same thing happens on the app as on the website. If you create an e-commerce account, you can order our products online. In that case, we process personal data as described in the section "e-commerce (see above). Data is also used for the loyalty programme, if you have read in your Id card

10.10. External communication

Details of journalists are kept in our PR database to send out our press releases to the right people. We keep the following data for this purpose: name, position, professional email address, editorial address, professional phone number. This data is kept as long as we know that this person is in office.

10.11. Anti-fraud

Ayuryoga has a legitimate interest to combat fraud. For this purpose, a specific service exists within Ayuryoga. This service makes analyses to detect and track fraud in purchases, competitions, placing orders, use of systems, or in other services. The data processed for this purpose is all the data stored in our systems (identification data, contact data, service usage data). No automatic decisions are made based on analyses by machines. Research regulations and the principle of proportionality are observed at all times.

Records are kept as long as the investigation is ongoing, and as long as the records are necessary for the institution, exercise or substantiation of legal proceedings. Records are then archived in accordance with legislation.

10.12. Camera surveillance

The processing of personal data via camera surveillance is done in accordance with the Belgian Camera Act of 21 March 2007 regulating the placement and use of surveillance cameras and all other applicable privacy and data protection legislation.

Camera images captured by our surveillance cameras are kept for a maximum of 1 month, except if the images are to be used as evidence in an investigation or for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim .

Since passing on camera footage may violate the privacy of other people appearing in the footage, access to surveillance footage taken by Ayuryoga can only be obtained through application to the police.

10.13. Security and processing for access control

Ayuryoga also processes your data when you visit us. You will then be asked to give your identification details and your reservation details. This data is kept by Ayuryoga in case there is an incident involving you. Indeed, Ayuryoga has a legal obligation to secure its premises, data, servers and information. From this data, Ayuryoga can also track who is in the buildings in case of fire or need for evacuation. This data is kept for 3 years except if an incident happens or an investigation is required. Then the data will be kept for as long as necessary for the investigation.

11. Links to other websites

This website, like other websites operated by Ayuryoga bvba, may contain links to websites operated by companies outside Ayuryoga. These other sites have their own privacy statements, which you should read carefully when visiting them. In no event shall Ayuryoga be responsible for the content of such websites or any processing of personal data by such third parties.

12. Updating of this Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement is regularly updated to reflect data usage by Ayuryoga. You will not be notified of this in advance. However, any updates will be brought to your attention on the websites of Ayuryoga's companies. You will find the date of the last update at the top of this statement.
