Serene quiet room
The room measures 130m² and comfortably accommodates groups of up to 100 people. Need more space? Then expand it to 240m² by adding the bar and restaurant area. The necessary furniture is provided: lounge sofas, standing tables, low and high tables - everything for a serene setting of your mourning table or farewell reception.
The venue is easily accessible and has ample parking. Whether it is a small commemorative goes or a larger condolence meeting, we are happy to think with you.

Bespoke catering More than just a venue: our coffee tables are accompanied by sophisticated catering formulas tailored to your needs. Think tasty sandwiches, homemade soups, seasonal desserts and hot drinks. In addition, there are various beverage formulas possible, including coffee, tea, lemonades or a glass of wine.

✔ Flowers & Decorations - Fresh flowers or flower arrangements will be placed on all tables. This is in consultation with your wishes.

✔ Beverages à volonté - All drinks are included within a pre-agreed time period.
✔ Staff & Service - Our wait staff, bar team and kitchen staff are ready to serve you during your event.

⏰ 11:00 - Reception of guests
Your guests will receive a friendly welcome at the entrance.
Alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea, water or soft drinks are offered immediately.
There is quiet background music for a warm, serene atmosphere.
Everyone takes a seat at the well-kept tables or in the lounge area.
⏰ 11:30 - Opening of the brunch buffet
The buffet is presented in a stylish manner and includes: Bread assortment, savoury toppings, home-made salads, sweet & spreadable toppings.
⏰ 12:00 - Possible moment of silence or remembrance
Time for a short speech or personal word.
Possibility of a music or photo presentation (on request).
This forms a beautiful and understated commemorative within the whole.
⏰ 12:15 - Second round & informal get-together
Guests can quietly catch up at the buffet.
Additional hot drinks are offered.
If desired: small sweet closures (optional extra).
There is time for conversations, support and togetherness in a relaxed atmosphere.
⏰ 12:45 - Completion
Last round of drinks offered.
Host or hostess can give a concluding thank-you.
