Business reception with character and comfort
Our venue is suitable for both intimate receptions and larger business meetings. The 130m² main hall can accommodate up to 100 people. Those requiring additional space can also use the bar and restaurant area, good for a total area of 240m². The hall is fully furnished with furniture that can be tailored to your needs, from standing tables to lounge corners. Technical facilities such as a 72-inch LED TV and sound system are also included. In addition, flowers, table decorations and ample parking for 80 cars are available, completing the picture.
Beverages & culinary formulas
Any corporate reception deserves quality catering. That is why we offer tailor-made formulas, starting with a glass of bubbles - Cava or Champagne - followed by a wide choice of drinks for three hours. Think water, soft drinks, wines, sparkling wines, beers, coffee and tea. Our snacks are freshly prepared by our in-house kitchen team and served by professional venue staff. From preparation to completion, we guarantee a flawless event.

✔ Hall + Bar / Restaurant + Garden with outdoor bar - including furniture, music and screens.
✔ Flowers & Decorations - Fresh flowers or flower arrangements will be placed on all tables. This is in consultation with your wishes.
✔ Reception + Table snacks - We welcome your guests with a glass of bubbly and serve tapas boards on all tables during the reception.
✔ Beverages à volonté - All drinks are included within a pre-agreed time period.
✔ Staff & Service - Our wait staff, bar team and kitchen staff are ready to serve you during your event.

Your corporate reception
Step by step
To give you an idea of what your corporate reception could look like, we have prepared a sample schedule:
15:00 - Arrival of guests & reception with bubbles
Guests are welcomed with a glass of Cava or Champagne. Informal reception, background music plays. Coats can be dropped off at the cloakroom if provided.
15:30 -Start reception snacks & drinks service
Both cold and hot snacks will be served, drinks service will be running around. There is room for networking and informal conversations. If desired, brief welcome by the host or company manager.
16:30 - Short speech, presentation or announcement
This is a good time for a vote of thanks, speech or visual presentation via the available TV screens or sound system.
17:00 - Second round of drinks and additional snacks
The pace remains relaxed. More casual atmosphere, possibly enhanced with appropriate music or lighting.
17:45 - Closing moment
Guests are offered a closing drink or coffee/tea. Announcement end of event, possibly with gift or thank-you on departure.
18:00 - End of reception & welcoming guests
Gradual completion, coats are collected, guests leave. Clean-up work starts discreetly.
