Ayuryoga Hotel with Vegetarian Restaurant & Ayurveda Wellness is looking for a multifunctional hotel employee to help ensure a warm and professional welcome for our guests. You will work in various departments and ensure a complete experience with your hospitality and commitment. Thanks to your help, guests will feel really welcome and can fully enjoy rest and relaxation.

We offer you a permanent, versatile job within the Ayuryoga Wellness Hotel. As a multi-functional hotel employee, you will contribute to a warm, caring experience for our guests. You will support your colleagues in various departments and contribute to a pleasant and smooth stay.
You can count on a correct pay, tailored to your experience and qualities, complemented by fringe benefits such as meal vouchers (with permanent contract), eco vouchers, company clothing, travel allowance, holiday pay, a 13th month and extra allowances for overtime and work on Sundays and public holidays.
You will work full-time (38 hours/week) in a fortnightly schedule with varied morning and evening shifts, including a rotation for weekends and holidays. Within our professional and enthusiastic team, you will also get scope for initiative and the chance to develop yourself further.
Your profile
As an all-round hotel employee, you will be responsible for the front desk and support the daily operation of the hotel in various areas. You take care of check-in and check-out, manage reservations and the diary, follow up on orders, check lists and sell products at reception. You inform our guests about the restaurant, yoga classes, massages and activities, and answer their questions with a smile.
You will also escort guests to their room, the wellness area or the restaurant, ensuring that all areas are orderly, tidy and well supplied. You actively help in the bar and restaurant and ensure smooth service and a neat room appearance.
You are a true host or hostess, a point of contact for both guests and colleagues. You keep an overview of the daily operations and jump in where necessary. With your enthusiasm, independence and sense of initiative, you create a warm and professional climate in which our guests feel completely welcome. Weekend work and changing shifts are no problem for you.
You are a specialist in hospitality and do everything to ensure that our guests go home not just satisfied, but genuinely surprised and touched.
